1. Controller

2. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to perform the parking and shuttle contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), for payments and accounting (c), complaints and claims (f), and — with consent — marketing (a).

3. Data we process

Name, phone, email, vehicle details, parking dates, flight details, payment history, correspondence. For invoices: company name and NIP. CCTV may operate on site for security.

4. Recipients

Payment provider, SMS and email vendors, hosting, accounting, and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell data. Transfers outside the EEA only with GDPR safeguards.

5. Retention

Booking data: for the contract and up to 6 years for tax records. CCTV: usually up to 30 days unless needed for a case. Marketing consent: until withdrawn.

6. Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, object, and complain to the Polish DPA (uodo.gov.pl). Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time. Requests: kontakt@pilotparking.pl.
